Well we have another year under our belt and what a year it was. During the past years we saw the popularity of DIRECTV DVR with TiVo take off, we saw HDTV start to peak the interests of consumers and we have seen DIRECWAY Satellite Internet really perfect it's technology. All of these things have lead to the best year ever at RapidSatellite.com. We surpassed our most optimistic projections. For that... we have our customers, vendors and employees to thank!

One big focus for us in 2004 was to focus on customer service. At the end of 2003, we had a 96% customer satisfaction success rate. Our goal was to build on that and get as close to 100% as we would. We added terrific employees to help us accomplish this task and today we sit at a 98% customer satisfaction rate. While many may think that 98% is a great ratio, I am still not satisfied with this result. We will continue to focus on this initiative in 2006 and beyond.
