One of Martin's most stunning instruments, the redesigned D41 maintains the original's traditional beauty and features while still delivering that famous "Martin Sound". Comparable in tone to the D45, the D41 embraces some outstanding features such as hand-inlaid Abalone pearl — over 100 pieces, hand-fitted into the top perimeter and rosette, gold-plated tuning machines, and a specially selected, scalloped-braced Spruce top.

Martin D41 Acoustic Guitar (Natural, with Case)
Martin.
Review - Feature: beautiful form fitting case, great abalone inlay
Quality: wood grain is gorgeous, unlike Taylor, no excess laquer, so while it may ding a little easier, you can still see the grain very very well
Value: expensive, but well worth the investment, since Martin guitars age very very well, and hold their value....
Desirability: Beautiful guitar, the inlay shimmers in the light, a very handsome instrument
Sound: resonance is amazing, good high, mid and low, doesn't sound muddy at all, and even as the strings age it doesn't lose its crispness
Overall: Last 6 string I will probably invest in...
